Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
1. Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery
2.Condition: Item must be unused, with all tags and in original packaging.
3.Proof Required: An unboxing video is mandatory. Please record from the moment you start opening the parcel until the item is checked. Claims without video will not be accepted.

Exchanges
1. Damaged Item*: We’ll exchange it with the same item. _Unboxing video required._
2.Wrong Item Received*: We’ll exchange it with the correct item. _Unboxing video required._
3.Size Issue*: Exchange available for the same item, _subject to stock availability_. _Unboxing video required._

Important Notes
1.For both returns and exchanges, a complete open box/unboxing video is mandatory.
2.To raise a request, DM/WhatsApp us with your Order ID + Video_.
3.We’ll review and confirm your request within 24 hours.
